Stribog SP9a3 Folding Charge Handle Gen 2 with locking slide block

This is a non reciprocating fold down charging handle system for the Stribog SP9a3 with a detent lock sliding block.  The slide block is machined from a bearing grade Nylon and the handle components are machined from 4140 steel with a melonite surface finish.  The handles are amibdextrous, although switching charging sides requires some dissasembly.  This handle system uses a soft detent position lock and does not automatically fold down.
